JHFOSTER’s Response to COVID-19

JHFOSTER is available to serve you during the COVID-19 Crisis

Minnesota Governor Walz issued a state-wide shelter-in-place, following suit with many other US states amid the COVID-19 crisis. The shelter-in-place mandate includes the closure of all non-essential businesses statewide. However, this ordinance excludes the closure of all “essential businesses”, and JHFOSTER is included as an essential business, supplying products and services to industries including: Food, Medical, and Transportation.

We will remain fully operational with service technicians available around the clock, robust inventory on hand, and a full staff of employees. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and are committed to supporting the industries critical to our country during these challenging circumstances.

In addition, we are doing all that we can to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers by following the recommendations of the World Health Organization and the CDC. Specifically, we are taking the following safety measures:

• All employees who can work remotely are doing so from home. For the employees who need to be in the office, we are practicing social distancing and asking them to wash their hands often and disinfect their areas.
• We are only allowing business critical visitors on site at JHFOSTER
• Your Account Manager is still available for support and questions as usual. We are, however, limiting face-to-face meetings.
