JHFOSTER Acquires Sensors Incorporated and Sensors Integration

National integration and technical support in sensors, safety and machine vision

Eagan, Minnesota, December 3, 2021 – JHFOSTER Minnesota, Inc. (JHFOSTER), a value-added distributor of electrical and pneumatic parts and accessories, compressed air systems and robotics, has finalized its acquisition of Sensors Incorporated, which also includes Sensors Technical Learning Center and Sensors Integration, which has its own patented product line. Sensors is a national leader in integration of industrial sensors, safety and machine vision with technical service and support for OEMs, system integrators and end users.

Sensors Incorporated, Sensors Technical Learning Center and Sensors Integration will continue to operate locally and nationally under the same brand, and remain at its headquarters in Delano, Minnesota.   JHFOSTER will continue to operate in its five-state territory, and from its main location in Eagan, MN.
