JHFOSTER Announces the Acquisition of DevLinks

Leading systems integrator providing full-service automation solutions

EAGAN, MN., May 2, 2023 – JHFOSTER Minnesota, Inc. (“JHFOSTER”) today announced it has acquired privately held DevLinks Ltd, a leading systems integrator providing full-service automation solutions to include design, integration and installation with emphasis on the plastics industry.

This is the third acquisition in six months for JHFOSTER. Devlinks joins a group of businesses including Accu Tech USA, Automation & Robotics Solutions (A&RS), Celco Automation, PTS Products, Sensors Incorporated, and Sensors Integration.  The president of DevLinks, Robert Devlin, will report to Nicholas W. Martino, CEO and President of JHFOSTER.

DevLinks will continue to operate in Illinois, and nationally under the same brand, and remain at its headquarters in Arlington Heights. JHFOSTER will continue to operate in its five-state territory, and from its main location in Eagan, MN.
