JHFOSTER Acquires PTS Products
Nationally known for manufacturing and building custom enclosures and electrical control panels
Eagan, Minnesota, October 27, 2022 – JHFOSTER Minnesota, Inc. (JHFOSTER), a value-added distributor of electrical and pneumatic parts and accessories, compressed air systems and robotics, has finalized its acquisition of PTS Products. Known nationally for manufacturing and building custom enclosures and electrical control panels while providing assembly (electrical, wire harness and cables) for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), PTS Products also specializes in providing a wide variety of contract manufacturing services and products. They also offer kit services, which enables companies to perform their own install.
PTS will join the JHFOSTER Automation Group of companies that continues to expand and includes Sensors Incorporated, Sensors Integration and Automation & Robotics Solutions (A&RS).

PTS Products will continue to operate locally and nationally under the same brand, and remain at its headquarters in Maple Plain, Minnesota. JHFOSTER will continue to operate in its five-state territory, and from its main location in Eagan, MN.
