Solenoid Valve Used in Blood Analyzer
For one customer, Bimba | Pneumadyne‘s 10mm direct acting solenoid valves and several other components, including a manifold, mufflers, and various fittings, are used in a sub-assembly within a blood analyzer. The blood analyzer utilizes this assembly to do blood cell count testing, therapeutic drug monitoring, blood typing, protein analysis, and checking for the presence of antibodies, among other uses.
Offered in 12 and 24V DC, the 10mm direct acting solenoid valve is a very cost effective and space-saving solution for the use of single or multiple valves. The compact size (1.08″ x 0.52″) makes this valve the ideal choice for limited space applications. Customers can select from three connector options: convenient line, 90°, or standard flying leads. The life expectancy is 50 million cycles at 2700 maximum cycles per minute.
