JHFoster employees clean up a local road to celebrate Earth Day.

A founding feature of John Henry Foster is growth. From a one-man show started in 1938 to a 120+ company, John Henry Foster has experienced great transition and innovation. Change is something that should be accepted rather than shunned. This has influenced John Henry Foster to spread growth possibilities wherever achievable. It is with great happiness we have leveraged our position and resources to help support those who don’t have the resources to make changes for themselves right now.

John Henry Foster has helped to foster growth within our neighborhood, local community, throughout the United States, and across the world. From adopting roads in Eagan, MN to supporting food pantries within Dakota county, we have embraced helping to make a change locally through employee involvement. Through our donations to Feed My Starving Children, we have helped children in Haiti to get the nutrition they need. You can find out what other areas we have helped by taking a look at the information below.
