High-Temp Shut Down Panel Controls Car Wash Motors from Overheating
Problem: A car wash’s control panel, which operates the motors that deliver car cleaning chemicals into the car wash, was overheating frequently. This was creating a costly expense of downtime, recurrent repairs and the cost of new motors. There was also the risk of fire or injury.

Our automation engineers created a high-temp shut down panel and our assembly team assembled 22 panels (1 panel per car wash) meant to be wired into the existing car wash’s control panel. The new high-temp panels would automatically shut the existing panel down before the motors broke. These new panels prevent equipment damage, expensive repairs, downtime, and risk of fire and injury.
Our quality assured products are tested electrically prior to shipping to allow for immediate installation with the schematics for easy installation. We also offer onsite start up and training. Our automation engineering staff offers over 200 years of combined experience and work closely with you through the complete process of project design to testing to installation and continued support on an as needed basis.
Our UL508A certified and NEC specified control panel shop has been engineering and building control panels to customer specifications for over 20 years and we produce around 60 control panels per month.
